Alexandra Bäumer is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on all aspects of Labour Law.

She advises national and international clients in all matters of individual and collective Labour Law and represents them nationwide in court and out-of-court proceedings.

She specialises in advising clients on issues relating to the conclusion, structuring, and termination of employment relationships.

Furthermore, she advises on collective bargaining issues such as co-determination in companies.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked for various international commercial law firms as a Research Assistant and Trainee Lawyer during her studies and legal clerkship. After completing her legal clerkship, she started working as a lawyer in 2022 in an international commercial law firm in the field of Labour Law.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She completed her law degree at the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf.
