Bettina Geuder is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law.

A particular focus of her work is on cross-border transactions with a special focus on private equity investors as well as group restructurings.

In addition, she supports our clients in asset and project financing, in particular in ship and aircraft financing as well as real estate and infrastructure projects.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked as a research assistant at a international commercial law firm for one and a half years after completing her Second State Examination in Law.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She studied at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a focus on Corporate Law. In 2016, she passed her First State Law Examination. During her legal clerkship in Nuremberg and Bayreuth, she worked for a medium-sized law firm specialising in Insolvency Law and for an international law firm in the field of Corporate/M&A in Dusseldorf.
