Position
Dr Nikolaus Moench is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on Corporate Law/ M&A.
A particular focus of his work is on cross-border transactions as well as on private equity and venture capital clients.
In addition, he regularly advises on restructuring projects, reorganizations and corporate disputes, and also in the area of directors' and officers' liability.
Our clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and private clients, particularly from the payment, technology, automotive and healthcare sectors.
Career
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked as a corporate lawyer in an international law firm in Dusseldorf.

He completed his studies in Freiburg, Helsinki, Bonn and Cologne.
