Brad is a member of the Fieldfisher's leading equity capital markets team.

He advises on a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including pre-IPO and secondary fundraisings, flotations and public company takeovers as well as providing general corporate law advice.

Brad advises brokers, nominated advisers and private and listed companies, both domestic and international, primarily on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM, as well as the NEX Exchange.

His  practice is focused on the energy and natural resources sector, having advised mining and oil and gas companies in various jurisdictions around the world, including the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, South America and Africa.

He also advises clients in the technology, life sciences, financial institutions and media sectors.

Brad is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and New Zealand.
