Paul is a specialist in commercial real estate with over 30 years' experience in the acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios, the sale, purchase and pre-letting of development sites and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

In addition, as a well-known practitioner in the hotel and leisure sector, he has particular expertise in the management and rollout of branded hotel and leisure concepts and in large-scale portfolio sales and purchases.

Paul has led teams involved in the development of many of London's landmark hotels, including the Marriott and Premier Inn hotels at County Hall and the Dixon in Tower Bridge.

Paul also led the Fieldfisher team who advised the developer of St. Pancras Chambers at Kings Cross. This is a mixed use scheme anchored by the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel together with 74 luxury apartments, bars and restaurants.
