Christine advises international and domestic clients on equity capital markets transactions, cross-border M&A, international joint ventures, intra group re-organisations and governance matters. She has particular expertise advising businesses in the TMT sector, US multinationals and on transactions within the CIS/CEE region.

Christine is a corporate partner in London. She has broad experience advising listed and unlisted companies and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border transactions, VC and equity fundraisings and governance matters. 

Christine regularly works with companies and VC funds on equity investments in the technology, fintech and life sciences sectors.

Recent transactions include series B and C fundraisings for medical data analytics company Clinithink Limited; a Series A fundraising for fintech company Matchplace Limited; advising European tech fund, Basinghall Tech Fund SCS, on several VC investments; and an investment for Chinese fund Tuspark Holdings Limited in a UK-headquartered bioscience company.
