Carly's work in the Restructuring and Insolvency group involves both individual and corporate insolvencies, acting mainly for office holders and creditors (both secured and unsecured) to recover and realise assets for the benefit of creditors. She acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Carly primarily acts for insolvency practitioners, various categories of financier, distressed companies and their directors.

Carly's experience covers the full range of insolvency work, from purchases and sales in trading insolvencies to multi-jurisdictional multimillion-pound frauds.
