Frankie has particular expertise in advising clients on:

Judicial review challenges; Professional disciplinary proceedings; and Governance and other regulatory issues.

Frankie provides strategic, risk-based advice in relation to public sector decision-making. She also advises clients on how to challenge or influence government decisions. Frankie also advised on high profile litigation and in non-contentious matters across a range of areas, from online safety, sports law, healthcare, and professional disciplinary matters.

Frankie helps to lead the London Technology Regulation group, and advise technology and social media clients on the impact of digital regulation, including the Online Safety Bill in the UK.
