Laura acts for institutional investors, corporate occupiers, property companies and developers in connection with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, lettings and general estate management matters.

Laura offers legal and strategic advice to investment clients in relation to all aspects of their property portfolios and across the whole spectrum of sectors from retail to office, industrial to student accommodation.  Laura has also recently advised a number of major corporations taking office space in central London and have been involved in a variety of financing transactions, including the forward funding of several hotel developments.
