Claire is a Senior Associate (Chartered Trade Mark Attorney), with over 20 years' experience working in the field of trade marks and brand protection.
Claire has particular expertise in formulating worldwide trade mark filing strategies, undertaking clearance searches, trade mark filing and prosecution work before the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, as well as managing trade mark portfolios internationally.
Claire deals with contentious matters such as opposition and invalidation actions before the trade marks registries and negotiate settlements in trade mark disputes.
She works across multiple industry sectors and has strong experience in the retail, restaurant and leisure industries.
