Ian heads the Field Seymour Parkes Business Services team and is a Partner in the Employment team. He specialises in complex TUPE matters, the enforcement of restraints of trade and high value or technical tribunal litigation. Ian has brought cases before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal and has an outstanding success rate in litigation.
