Advises and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts for clients in sectors including IT, manufacturing, food, automotive and, in particular, construction.

Also advises on data protection (including breach notifications and preparation for GDPR) and intellectual property issues (primarily patent licensing and copyright).

Oversees FSP’s UK and EU trade mark work.

Career

Spent first 5 years of career in the City and initially specialised in litigation.

Long-standing member of FSP’s commercial & technology team, returning to full-time role in 2014 and becoming partner in 2016.
