Ian heads the Field Seymour Parkes employment team and specialises in complex TUPE matters, the enforcement of restraints of trade and high value or technical tribunal litigation. Ian has brought cases before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal and has an outstanding success rate in litigation.
