Partner in the corporate team who has significant experience in advising corporate clients and investors on both acquisitions and disposals with values ranging from £50,000 to £70,000,000. Whilst working on such corporate transactions frequently coordinates multiple professionals, both internally and externally, to ensure that all advisors provide a cohesive approach within target deadlines. Rachael also advises clients on general corporate governance and corporate structuring for companies, LLPs and individuals and is part of FSP’s private equity and venture capital team advising companies and investors on the terms on which investments are made and received. In addition, Rachael leads Start Up with FSP a group which is a group of multi-disciplinary lawyers who help new and early stage businesses set off on the right track so they can grow whilst being confident they are making the right choices for their business.

Trained at Field Seymour Parkes LLP 2011-2013, qualified at Field Seymour Parkes LLP in September 2013, promoted to associate in 2015 and partner in 2018.
