Partner in the corporate team advising corporates, owners managers and private equity funds on the sale and purchase of companies and businesses. Philip also advises investors, private and AIM listed corporates as well as management teams on equity investments. Philip also advises regularly on corporate life cycle matters including group reorganisations, shareholder/joint venture agreements and share options / buybacks.

Trained at Theodore (now Addleshaw) Goddard; qualified 1996. Senior Associate at Denton Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) 2000 – 2003. Penningtons LLP 2003 -2010, promoted to Partner in 2005 and Head of Corporate in 2008. Head of Corporate and Commercial at Barlow Robbins LLP 2011 – 2017. Corporate Partner at Wilsons LLP 2017 – 2018. Corporate Partner at Field Seymour Parkes LLP September 2018 to present.
