Olof Johnson specialises in construction and consultancy law, insurance and public procurement. Olof has extensive experience of assisting contractors, clients and consultants with advice on construction and civil engineering contracts. He assists companies on a daily basis with analysing and drafting tender documents, writing and negotiating contracts in both construction and civil engineering, and providing ongoing advice during ongoing contracts.

Olof also has extensive experience in insurance and tort law and regularly assists insurers and policyholders with counselling, drafting of terms and conditions and dispute resolution.

He primarily works proactively, but also as counsel, arbitrator, mediator or arbitration inspector.

Olof regularly holds courses and seminars in his respective areas of expertise.
