Marie-Anne Lindhardt is head of MAQS’ industry area Sports & Events and has extensive experience of assisting companies, federations, associations, athletes and intermediaries/agents in matters related to regulatory issues, contract law, employment law, association law, gambling/lotteries and has published several articles on the subject. She regularly acts as a representative before decision-making bodies of national and international sports federations and also has experience as representative before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.

Marie-Anne also regularly assists with drafting, negotiation and review of employment contracts and other employment related documents, as well as assists companies in reconstructions, operational cutbacks, disputes and collective bargaining agreement matters.

Marie-Anne is active as a lecturer in sports law, contract law and employment law.
