Matilda has many years of experience providing advice in matters related to insolvency law such as bankruptcies and liquidations and is often appointed as bankruptcy trustee and liquidator. Matilda also advise on disputes with insolvency or real estate law connections.

In addition to her expertise in insolvency law, Matilda has several years of experience in planning and construction issues, such as appeal processes regarding building permits and detailed development plans and real estate law matters of a more general nature.
