Carl Fhager has considerable experience of project management and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also works regularly with capital procurement, investment planning, restructuring and incentive programs. Carl frequently acts as an advisor and provides support to boards and executive management, and sits on several boards as well as being active in a number of not-for-profit commissions within the local sports community.

Carl also specializes in the sports and events industry where he has extensive and unique industry expertise. He advises associations, clubs, agents, individual athletes, media corporations, investors and sponsors on a daily basis in legal and business-related matters that arise within the context of their respective businesses. This may, for example, concern commercial agreements and organizational issues in sports such as company conversions. He regularly gives lectures and teaches the subject of sports contracts at the law school at the University of Gothenburg.

Given his well-known interest in negotiation techniques, Carl has hosted the much-appreciated and very popular podcast Förhandlingspodden since 2016 where he and invited guests discuss exciting negotiations from different perspectives.
