Niklas Eskilsson is head of MAQS’ industry group for Life Science & Medtech. Niklas has extensive experience of the often-complicated agreements that companies in the life science sector must manage, such as research, development, licensing and collaboration agreements and the special regulations that apply to the area. Niklas regularly advise both early-phase development companies and mature companies with products on the market and actors on all levels, from manufacturers to distributors.

Niklas Eskilsson also has extensive experience in advising clients in Swedish and international matters and  specializes in mergers and acquisitions, reinvestments, general corporate matters, and various commercial agreements.
