Martin Fevaag Larsen specialises in transaction advisory services and assists private investment companies and funds and other private companies with investments, acquisitions and corporate and contract law. He also acts for industrial and technology companies.

Martin has expertise in all legal aspects of merger and acquisition processes, and has extensive experience in planning and executing large and complex cross border transaction processes. His experience also includes restructuring, general corporate law as well as consulting and negotiation in connection with the structuring and establishment of joint ventures and other forms of cooperation between private companies. Martin has extensive experience with the structuring, development and acquisition/sale of commercial property.
