Christian Nesset heads the insurance section of the dispute resolution and regulatory practice.

He is a seasoned litigator with many years' experience of resolving disputes in the Norwegian courts and in arbitration. Christian is working within the field of insurance law and tort, contract law, insurance regulatory issues and project management. He advices insurers on complex claims often of high value. He regularly advises in relation to professional liability, D&O, product liability, M&A-insurance, transport, marine and business interruption claims. He advices Norwegian and international companies with contract drafting, negotiations and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled as planned.

He litigates regularly before Norwegian courts. Before joining SANDS, Christian worked in another international law firm, and as Head of Claims with one of Norways largest insurers.
