Career
Vincent Boumans specializes in commercial leasing law. He advises and litigates in relation to leases (new and existing), lease terminations, collections, rent readjustments, renovations and redevelopment (among others). He also specializes in the purchase and sale of real estate and the law of obligations as applied to real estate.
Vincent is a member of the Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (Leasing Lawyers Association) and since 2017 has been a permanent member of the editorial team of the Tijdschift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte (Commercial Leasing Law Journal). He publishes regularly on leasing law and real estate-related subjects in both that Tijdschift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte (Commercial Leasing Law Journal) and Huurrecht in Praktijk (Leasing Law in Practice).
