Career
Jordi Rosendahl specializes in employment law and in particular the rules on dismissals. He also advises employers and managers on employment law issues in the broadest sense. Jordi has a special interest in the various types of working arrangements, as in the case of “ZZPrs” (self-employed workers without employees), temporary employees, secondees, subcontractors and platform labor.
He regularly litigates before the courts and the UWV (the agency that administers employee insurance schemes).
Jordi is a member of the Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (Young Employment Lawyers Association) and the Vereniging voor Sport en Recht (Sports and Law Association).

Education
Jordi has been with Lexence since 2013. He studied law at Universiteit van Amsterdam where he received a master’s degree in employment law. Since then he has completed various postgraduate programs, including a finance course at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an employment law specialization course at Grotius Academie. He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2009.
