Jip Spierings specializes in real estate transactions, developments and transformations of commercial real estate. He advises (institutional) investors, entrepreneurs, end-users and family businesses on property transactions, area developments and associated anterior agreements and setting up partnerships. In addition, he has experience with (threatening) conflict situations and strategic thinking.
Jip is a member of the Vereniging voor Jonge Onroerend Goed Juristen (Young Real Estate Lawyers Association).
