Stephan Westera is as a deputy civil law notary specialized in national and international real estate transactions, property development of commercial real estate, redevelopment of municipal and shopping centers, in complex divisions in joined ownerships as well as in the aspects of turnover and conveyance tax of existing real estate and new building developments. He acts for international and national institutional investors, financiers, councils, property developers and family businesses.

Stephan joined Lexence in 2010. He studied notarial law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and studied tax law at the same university. He also completed the professional specialization in notarial law. Stephan was sworn in as candidate civil law notary in 2011.
