Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst has many years’ experience as a notary specializing in Dutch and international corporate law, with a particular focus on structuring and setting up investment vehicles institutions. He also advises on demergers, restructurings, corporate governance and the setting up of legal entities (NVs, BVs, foundations and associations) and international limited partnership/co-op structures, pension funds, private equity structures and M&A transactions.
Hendrik frequently publishes and speaks on the AIFM Directive, shareholder agreements, the ‘flex BV’ rules and management and supervision issues.
