Annejet Balm litigates and advises in all major areas of employment law, including individual and collective dismissal law, reorganizations, employee participation and transfer of enterprises. She is specialized in disability regulations, placement and secondment constructions, and privacy in the workplace.

Memberships
Annejet regularly lectures at the Instituut voor arbeidsrecht (Institute for Employment Law) and is a frequent speaker at seminars. She also co-authored the book ‘Hoe zit het met het (nieuwe) arbeidsrecht’ (The situation with (the new) employment law) and was chief editor for employment law for SduMemo+. Annejet is a member of the specialized associations Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (Dutch Employment Lawyers Association) and the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam (Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association).
Education
Annejet has been with Lexence since 2013. She studied law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, participated in a summer course at University of California in Berkeley, and completed the employment law specialization course of Grotius Academie. Annejet was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2001.
