Judica Krikke is a partner in the technology team. She specializes in IT and data protection law. Judica engages in IT contracting processes, outsourcing and cloudsourcing, and the resolution of complex IT disputes. She is an expert in the field of software licenses and compliance.
Krikke regularly publishes on developments in the field of information law. She is co-head lecturer of the specialization course IT, data & law at Grotius Academie. She is also an arbitrator at the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes (Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering, “SGOA”), the Dutch forum for alternative dispute resolution of IT disputes.
