Renske is an associate in the Commercial & International Trade team at Kennedy Van der Laan that is specialized in commercial matters with a specific focus on supply chain, distribution, franchise, agency and logistics within the sectors of retail, sport, fashion and consumer goods. Renske handles commercial contracts, strategic advice and litigation from both a civil law and EU/Dutch competition law perspective. Renske has a particular interest in sustainability and regularly advises companies on (new) legislation regarding ESG, such as national and EU legislation on green claims, sustainable due diligence, eco-design, repair and recycling, etc. Renske loves to assist businesses with sustainability initiatives and in particular with regard to making their supply chain more sustainable.
