Noor is an attorney at law in the Commercial & International Trade section. She advises and litigates for clients on (international) trade disputes and transactions in the field of franchise, distribution, agency, civil contract law, consumer law, sales and (non-public) procurement. Noor combines advisory and contracting work with commercial and corporate litigation /liability matters at the regular court, NCC or arbitration.

Noor qualified cum laude in her Master’s degree at Leiden University.
