Anne is an Attorney at Law at the Healthcare practice group.

She has experience as an attorney in the health care sector since 2009. Anne advises and represents care providers and care professionals in cure, care, and the social domain.

Her expertise lies in the fields of market regulation and funding, contracting of care, the right of complaint and disciplinary law, mandatory care, administrative health care law, supervision and enforcement.

She advises her clients among other things about collaborations and governance, chain care, the funding of care, quality regulation and patients’ rights. She also assists individual care providers in disciplinary proceedings. In addition, she assists care providers during investigations by supervisory authorities, such as the IGJ and the NZa.

Before joining Kennedy van der Laan, Anne worked as an attorney at a law firm in the care practice group and as an attorney in a large mental health care institution. Anne completed the Grotius course in Health Care Law in 2017. Anne regularly publishes articles. She chairs two complaints committees.
