Lukas specializes in corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions. He advises (national and international) clients in various sectors, with a focus on deals in the healthcare and technology sector. His work involves advising on a wide range of transactions, such as acquisitions, divestments, joint-ventures, restructuring and venture capital deals. He has a ample experience in private equity backed deals (including management participation structures).

Lukas graduated from Tilburg University, with a master in International Business Law. During his studies, he spent one semester studying at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
