Eline advises on real estate law, with a focus on rental law. She assists large housing corporations that provide affordable housing to private individuals, large and medium-sized businesses, health care institutions and investors who are leasing and renting business accommodations.

Eline is editor of the Tijdschrift voor de procespraktijk (Dutch professional journal on litigation). She also regularly gives courses on topics relating to real estate, such as urban restructuring and renovation.
