Carl has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2007 and is co-head of the firm’s corporate/capital markets practice group. He has more than 20 years’ experience in private and public M&A and equity capital markets in a number of different sectors and his qualifications in this area are regularly recognised in independent national and international rankings. Carl also has extensive experience in advising private equity clients in connection with investments in, and disposals of, portfolio companies. He has a broad range of experience from transactions within these practice areas, such as privately negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, public takeovers, joint ventures, and private equity investments, as well as public equity offerings and private placements.
