Senior Associate Dr Jūratė Liauksminaitė (Usonienė) has extensive experience in the field Intellectual Property Law. She permanently advises on the legal matters related to Copyright, Trademarks, Patents and Unfair Competition. She represents clients in the IP, civil and administrative cases. Jūratė Liauksminaitė teaches IP and Civil Law, she participates in researches related to collective rights management, performers’ rights, permitted uses of protected works etc.
