Roland Heinrich has worked as an associate for SAXINGER in Wels since 2010. Previously, he worked as a consultant and human resource manager in Austrian industrial companies.

Roland Heinrich advises national and international companies on employment law issues, in particular on the formulation of employment and management agreements, and on delegations.

He also advises on franchising and sales representative law.

Roland Heinrich is the co-author and co-editor of a specialist book on the topic of expatriate management “Expatriate Management” (2010).

Roland Heinrich studied law in Linz and Nijmegen (Radboud University, Mag. iur. in 1998, and completed an internship at the General Secretariat of the Council in Brussels. He wrote his dissertation on the topic of management buy-outs. In 2008, he received a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.). Additional qualifications: balance sheet accountant examination, payroll accountant examination.
