Career

Michaela Nill has worked for SAXINGER in Linz since 2009 and since 2013 as a lawyer.

Michaela Nill works primarily in corporate law, where she is specialised in advising physicians with regard to corporate and reorganisation law in the establishment of group practices (limited liability companies, general partnerships) and in consultation and equipment communities and on reorganisations both in the private practice and hospital/clinic sector, including the issues of employment law and social security law associated with this.

Another focus of her work is medical malpractice and the related defence of claims under civil and criminal law, the medical and dental professional regulations, the professional regulations of non-medical professions in the health sector, hospital/clinic law and advising in connection with doctors’ obligation of information, the conclusion of contracts governing medical treatment, and doctors’ obligation of documentation.

Education

She completed her degree in law at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz in 2008. During her degree course, she spent a term abroad at the Universitá degli Studi di Ferrara, Italy, in 2006.

In 2010, Michaela Nill successfully completed the university course in medical law, lasting four terms, at Johannes Kepler University Linz, gaining the academic title of Master of Laws (Medical Law).
