Career

Heidi Lallitsch has been working as a lawyer since 2005. After her admission to the bar in 2005, Heidi Lallitsch worked for a leading national law firm with offices in Graz and Vienna until 2008, where she also completed her legal training. Heidi Lallitsch is working for SAXINGER at the Graz office since 2010, which is also under her management.

Heidi Lallitsch works in the fields of contract law and real estate law, in addition to dispute resolution and litigation, in particular in the fields of neighbourhood law, warranty law and real estate brokerage law.

Heidi Lallitsch advises and assists national and international companies, but also domestic banks and credit institutions as well as real estate companies with her expertise in the drafting and execution of contracts, in particular in the acquisition of real estate and companies and in the performance of due diligence reviews.

Furthermore, Heidi Lallitsch carries out trustee settlements for SAXINGER in accordance with the instalment plan models of the Property Development Contract Act and advises on matters of property development contract law, residential property law and tenancy law.

Heidi Lallitsch publishes in professional journals and regularly lectures on real estate law and civil law topics. Furthermore, Heidi Lallitsch is active in supervisory boards.

Heidi Lallitsch studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz and at the University of Vienna from 1994 to 2000, in addition to working as a legal assistant in a law firm in Graz and Vienna. Graduation in 2000 at the University of Vienna.
