Position

I am a specialist tax lawyer and Chartered Tax Adviser advising my clients on corporate transactions and reconstructions.

I advise on all aspects of UK taxation affecting businesses but with a particular emphasis on corporate transactions and reconstructions; employee share incentives; and commercial property transactions (including VAT and SDLT advice and the setting up of property funds).

I also provide advice on personal tax matters including residence and domicile issues.

As well as a solicitor, I am a Chartered Tax Adviser and a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

I trained at Fladgate and have been a partner since 2015.
