Position

I specialise in corporate and commercial law often with international (cross-border) elements, such as M&A, joint ventures, IT and supply chain contracts, agency and distribution networks. I am qualified as a solicitor in England and a Rechtsanwalt in Germany.

My job is to assist the clients to get deals done, be it an acquisition or sale of a business or the negotiation of a contractual trading relationship with customers or suppliers.

I act for a number of UK and international clients across industries ranging from manufacturing companies to service providers in the online business sector. My clients range from SMEs to large international companies and groups, including the Knauf Group, Carl Zeiss and DZ Bank. As I am qualified as a solicitor in England and Germany, my practice has a particular focus on cross-border transactions and matters involving the German speaking countries of the EU and the UK.

My experience spans more than 20 years of advising clients in connection with national and international transactions and agreements. I enjoy providing my clients with both legal advice as well as strategic guidance on negotiating tactics and skills.

I am a contributor to various legal publications and a frequent speaker at conferences and events.
