Private Client

Position

I am a partner in the private client department at Fladgate. I advise UHNW/HNW individuals, families and trustees on tax and wealth planning. I have particular expertise in advising clients on corporate and trust structuring, including for holding international assets, business interests and real estate, and for succession planning purposes.

Before moving into private client, I spent 10 years working at global law firms, advising large corporates, funds and financial institutions on tax. With this experience, I am uniquely positioned to advise my clients on all aspects of personal and business taxation, both UK and international.

The majority of my clients are entrepreneurs with many demands on their time. They need me to anticipate problems, act quickly and provide solutions. As well as advising on long-term structuring and succession planning, I work closely with Fladgate’s real estate, litigation, immigration and corporate teams to ensure that all of my clients’ legal needs are met.

I am passionate about Inclusion and Diversity and I am proud to take a leading role in championing I&D within Fladgate.
