Simon is a partner and focuses on trust litigation, and wills and estates disputes, both onshore and offshore and commercial disputes including fraud, partnership and minority shareholder actions, tax litigation, IP and areas of marital law such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Simon has considerable experience in advising on corporate transactions, wealth planning and trust matters for a wide range of clients, which include individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, charities and corporate entities. Simon acts as a trustee, as well as sitting a non-executive director for a number of companies. Simon also administered a UK trust corporation for a number of years and has acted as in-house counsel providing primarily commercial contracts advice.

Simon was ranked by Chambers 2020 as “Up and Coming” and by Legal 500 2019 as a “Next Generation Lawyer”. Simon has also been named as "One to Watch" in Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite for three years running, and was ranked a one of ePrivateClient’s Top 35 under 35 in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
