Stephen McCarthy has excellent working relationships with some of the UK’s largest property developers, such as Bowmer + Kirkland Limited and Clowes Developments (UK) Limited, regularly supporting them on their large portfolio of commercial leasehold properties’ legal requirements.

He frequently handles all property management issues for clients’ property portfolios, such as drafting and negotiating lease agreements, reviewing development obligations, legal management of leasehold properties including rent reviews, granting licences to assign, sublet or carry out alterations, serving notices to tenants, dealing with dilapidations and other breach situations, renewing business leases and pursuing court proceedings.

Stephen completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Durham and Solicitors’ Final Examination at the Chester College of Law.
