He also advises on the administration of estates and trusts, often involving business property and agricultural property relief claims.

Experience

William frequently advises individuals with large or complex estates and circumstances, including administering estates of business owners where there are crossovers between personal and business assets, administering insolvent estates, assisting with business and agricultural property relief claims to minimise inheritance tax exposure and setting up charitable trusts.
