He has advised many of our clients over the past 14 years in bankruptcy matters including being appointed as trustee. He oversaw the settlement of the moratorium for the administrator of a vehicle manufacturer and the provision of an arrangement with creditors, enabling the company to continue its operations after a complex and extensive process without debts. He represented a large listed retailer during a bankruptcy process to safeguard its interests in the goods it had delivered. Despite the complex negotiations with the trustee, the client walked away with a great result.
