Karlijn van der Heijden has been an attorney with Wijn & Stael since 2018. Her practice covers employment law and providing counsel and litigation services in matters involving collective bargaining, co-determination, transfer of business, insourcing, outsourcing and reorganizations. She primarily represents employers, employer and employee organizations and employee councils.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting client interests  Karlijn has strong analytical skills, a broad range of interests and a great sense of social commitment. She has a natural talent for finding creative solutions to complex problems and a deep appreciation of the relationships between parties and the interests at stake. “I love the challenges my work brings me and the different dynamics each case produces. Broad Perspective  Corporate and collective labor disputes often involve more complex legal issues than just the dispute at hand. With a keen interest in understanding the dynamics at play in a company, Karlijn explores issues that extend beyond the boundaries of employment law . This gives her a broad perspective and enhances her ability to better serve her clients.
