Alex Zijlstra has been with Wijn & Stael since 2019, concentrating his practice on corporate law and M&A. He counsels director and principal stockholders, family businesses and investors in mergers and acquisitions, corporate (re)structuring and joint ventures. He also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts.​
