Jochem Dousi is an attorney with Wijn & Stael specializing in commercial contracts. His practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts for Dutch and international clients and counseling them in their execution, amendment, and termination. Jochem also represents clients in commercial disputes.​

Law Degrees from the U.S. and the Netherlands Jochem holds qualifying law degrees from the Netherlands and the United States and is admitted to practice in both countries. He has worked a combined six years as in-house legal counsel at both a multinational and start-up. Prior to earning his PhD with a dissertation on the interpretation of Anglo-American boilerplate clauses in Dutch contracts, Jochem worked as a research associate in Iowa and Oxford.
