Mr. Wullum is a specialist in employment law. Before joining Helmr in 2015 he worked as a lawyer in the full-service law firms Schjødt and Hjort, as an advisor in employment law and connected areas.  

Mr. Wullum assists and represents international and national companies and is responsible for many of Helmr’s key clients. He assists clients in all employment-related issues, including reorganization and restructuring processes, pension issues, conflict at the workplace and underperforming employees. Mr. Wullum also assists individual employees at the executive level. He has substantial experience from litigation and negotiation of settlement agreements.   

Mr. Wullum also serves as an employment law expert for the national online business newspaper E24 where he also is a regular columnist.  

The past year Mr. Wullum has advised and assisted several large construction groups through adapting to  the new (2023) restrictions on hiring (of work force) and implementing necessary changes to staffing policies and strategies.  

Since 2022, Mr Wullum has assisted Norsk Hydro ASA and for the first six months of 2023, Mr. Wullum was even seconded there. He continues to advise Norsk Hydro on a regular basis, underlining his and Helmr’s position as Norsk Hydro’s preferred employment law advisor. His assistance over the last year includes implemention of necessary changes to staffing strategies due to recent new statutory restrictions.
